friends for brunch and cocktails at the Voodoo Room Sunday
May 7 and the first Sunday
of every month! Join us between noon and 3 pm for a lovely
brunch and a percentage of the proceeds will benefit AIDS
Healthcare Foundation, more specifically education,
prevention, and services to those who either do not have
health insurance or simply can’t afford them.
Based in Los Angeles, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is
the nation’s largest provider
of HIV/AIDS medical care. It offers cutting-edge medicine
and advocacy, regardless of ability to pay to more than
27,000 people in the United States, Africa, Central America
and Asia.
My best friend Rion Planty was a patient of AHF as well as a
4-month resident of
The Carl Bean House before he passed away on March 2, 2005.
His life was extended
in a beautiful way by the services of AHF. Please help
others continue to get the support he was given.
There will be great raffle items, excellent food and drinks,
festive music and best of all - all your fabulous friends!!!
